Coffee and chocolate mousse is a spoon dessert very delicious, the taste is quite strong especially if you use a high cocoa content chocolate. If you like a more delicate taste you can increase the amount of sugar or use a dark chocolate with a lower cocoa content or even milk chocolate.
This recipe is gluten free.
INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 100g fresh cream
- 100g milk
- 250g dark chocolate
- 50g icing sugar
- 55g coffee
HOW TO MAKE COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Pour the milk and coffee in a pot and bring them to the boil.
Roughly chop the chocolate. Add it to the yogurt in the pot off the heat. Mix by melting the chocolate completely.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool for a few minutes. In the meantime, whip the cream with the icing sugar and incorporate it into the chocolate, stirring from bottom to top.
Divide the mousse into small cocotte and let it rest in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
